Kitchen aid has tremendous reputation for quality mixers. This rebuilt mixer was everything a new mixer would be but a couple of hundred bucks cheaper. I use it every week to make bread. I don't think anyone could the difference between this and a brand new mixer.

I was not happy at all with the kitchenaid I purchased for my mother. The attachments were all scratched and cheap looking. I know it was reconditioned but I did not expect it to be in that bad of shape.

While I don't normally do a lot of baking, Christmas is another story. I bought this just before starting my Christmas baking and it was great. No tired hands or wrists from manually stirring and mixing all the different doughs. And I finished much quicker, allowing me more time to enjoy the season. Seriously, it has worked great, I'm glad I purchased it.
